We offer the following technical support options for the LVSYS CMS-powered websites, depending on your needs.

    • All calls and meetings are subject to hourly fees, on a case by case basis

All phone and email support requests are answered during business hours. We do not offer walk-in support.

Standard business hours: Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. thru 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST); Excludes federal holidays
Extended business hours: Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m.–9 a.m. thru 5:30 p.m.–8 p.m. & Saturday, 9 a.m. thru 5:30 p.m.

Basic Technical Support (Default)

  • Phone Support:
    • Up to 2 hours per month
    • Limited to 30 min per session and must be during business hours
    • Calls placed outside of business hours are pro-rated at $150/hour
  • Email Support: 
    • < 24 hour response time commitment during business days
    • Questions must be of technical nature, defined as a system malfunction or help getting a task accomplished
 

Developer Support, $250/month

Everything in Basic + Developer Support

This is a good fit if you would like your in-house web development team to speak directly to our engineers and ask any question(s) related to programming templates, adding custom scripts, and getting complete guidance and programming examples from our team.

 

Professional Plus, $100/month

  • Phone Support:
    • Up to 4 hours/month during business hours
    • Phone calls limited to 60 min
    • 1 emergency call/month outside of business hours, limited to 30 min
    • Additional calls placed outside of business hours are pro-rated at $150/hour
  • Email Support: 
    • < 4 hour response time commitment during business days
    • Questions must be of technical nature, defined as a system malfunction or help getting a task accomplished
 

Enterprise, $250/month

  • Phone Support:
    • Up to 8 hours/month during business hours
    • Up to 2 hours/month during extended hours
    • Phone calls limited to 2 hours
    • 3 emergency calls/month outside of business hours, limited to 30 min
    • Additional calls placed outside of business hours are pro-rated at $150/hour
  • Email Support: 
    • < 1 hour response time commitment during business days 
    • < 2 hour response time during extended hours
    • Questions must be of technical nature for troubleshooting a technical problem, defined as a system malfunction or help getting a task accomplished
 

Enterprise + Developer Support, $500/month

Everything in Enterprise + Developer Support

Access to Dedicated Support grants access to one of our engineers, for all your support and phone call questions.

 

Personalized Trainings, Meetings, Template Work, Content Editing, Consulting

Should you consider a Retainer Plan?

Retainer Plans aren't exactly support; instead, Retainer Plans complement support nicely, by providing a set number of hours that our Team will spend each month maintaining your website content on your behalf. This is very handy when you do not want to manage your website or do not have the time to do it yourself. Our Team is very familiar with all content management systems, of course including our own. Please contact us to inquire about our Retainer Plans!

 

Website Pricing

All LVSYS-powered websites involve two price components:

  • Template Setup: Initial variable fee to design and build the website.
